🚚 Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: $7 or $11 shipping anywhere in Hawaiʻi and the U.S. Mainland

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150

  • Local Delivery Now Available: We offer $6 local delivery within 10 miles of Kāneʻohe (Windward side). Orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Include any gate codes or special instructions at checkout.

🕰️ Processing & Delivery

  • Orders ship within 5 business days via USPS.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping timelines may vary during holidays or promotional periods — mahalo for your patience!

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to USPS.
We recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and secure.
All items are carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for steps on filing a claim.
