🌱 We’re a small batch, heart-led business — every item is crafted with intention, care, and soul. Because of the handmade and sensitive nature of our goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
That said, we want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@enlightened-reality.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your info before placing your order.
📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can file a USPS claim.
To support your claim, we require the following:
