Not at all! These experiences are for everyone — no spiritual background required.  Whether you're deeply into your spiritual journey or totally new to it, the experience is designed to be welcoming, relaxing, and enjoyable for all.

Can this be indoors or outdoors?
Yes! These offerings are flexible. Whether it’s a beach, park, hotel suite, private residence, or luxe venue— I’ll help co-create the right vibe and setup for your space.

What if my event is outdoors?
Outdoor ceremonies are beautiful, and I’m happy to bring the magic to a beach, garden, or forest! That said, we’ll need a relatively flat, shaded or covered area, and a weather backup plan in case of rain or high winds. Let’s talk details and make sure we’re aligned on what’s needed.

How many people can join the sound bath?
Sound baths can be tailored for both intimate groups and larger gatherings. Share your guest count, and I’ll recommend the best layout + flow.

Do we need to bring anything?

I’ll provide all the instruments and set the space with intention. To get the most out of your experience, I recommend bringing/providing guests with something to lie on (like a yoga mat or towel), plus any cozy comforts — pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you fully relax. If you need more insight and ideas on how to set up the space, let’s chat!

What should we wear?
For ceremonies and celebrations where guests are already dressed up (like weddings or receptions), no need to change — the sound bath can still be enjoyed in formalwear! Just know that you’ll be lying or sitting still for a while. Guests are always welcome to kick off their shoes and bring a shawl or light layer to stay comfortable. For more casual events like bachelorettes, couples sessions, or other pre-ceremony gatherings — soft layers, comfy clothes, and anything that makes you feel cozy, are always a great choice.

How much time do you need for setup and breakdown?
I usually arrive 30–60 minutes before the start time depending upon the event to set up the space with care and intention. Breakdown takes about 30-45 minutes. If applicable, I can coordinate with your planner to make it seamless and low-stress.

How much do your event offerings cost?
Rates are starting prices and may vary based on guest count, travel time, and setup needs. I take great care in curating an intentional space, set up, and energetic container — this dedication is thoughtfully reflected in the pricing. Custom quotes are provided after we chat about event details.

Are there any travel fees?
All travel fees are included within a 10 mile radius of Kāne’ohe. There will be a travel fee starting at $50 when you are booking greater than 10 miles or for neighboring islands.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available upon request for larger packages. I want this to feel accessible for you!

✨Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:

• $30 for soulular healing and astrology readings
• $50 for sound healing
• 30% of the total for special events
• 50% of the total for weddings

All deposits are applied to the total session cost.

✨Cancellation Policy

For Soulular Healing, astrology readings, and sound healing:

• Clients must contact Maia to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Deposits are transferable if rescheduling is done more than 24 hours in advance.
• If Maia cancels the session, the deposit will be fully refunded.

✨Event & Wedding Cancellation Policy

• Events: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
• Weddings: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
