Chart & Chill
Invite your guests into the magic of the stars with a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to tropical (modern) astrology. This workshop is an engaging and insightful way to spark curiosity and connection, blending collective learning with individual insight, offering a balance of cosmic knowledge and personal reflection.
Includes:
● A printed or digital copy of each guest’s natal chart
● Workshop notes to follow along and take home
● 90 minutes of personalized insights into each guest’s Sun, Moon, and Rising — with a chance to dive into Mercury, Venus, or Mars, depending on the group size

Sound healing is an immersive experience where instruments like crystal or brass bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sound tools are used to support deep relaxation and energetic alignment. These vibrations interact with the nervous system and brain waves, helping to ease tension and restore harmony. Rooted in ancient healing practices found in many cultures around the world — from Tibetan singing bowls used in Himalayan traditions to indigenous drumming and chanting — sound has long been a tool for ceremony, connection, and transformation. Today, sound healing blends these sacred practices with modern mindfulness to offer grounding, clarity, and renewal.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing art developed by Mikao Usui in the late 19th-early 20th century. Rooted in spiritual practice, Reiki involves the channeling of universal life energy to support the body’s natural healing ability, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. FAQs
I usually arrive 30–60 minutes before the start time depending upon the event to set up the space with care and intention. Breakdown takes about 30-45 minutes. If applicable, I can coordinate with your planner to make it seamless and low-stress.
How much do your event offerings cost?
Rates are starting prices and may vary based on guest count, travel time, and setup needs. I take great care in curating an intentional space, set up, and energetic container — this dedication is thoughtfully reflected in the pricing. Custom quotes are provided after we chat about event details.
Are there any travel fees?
All travel fees are included within a 10 mile radius of Kāne’ohe. There will be a travel fee starting at $50 when you are booking greater than 10 miles or for neighboring islands.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available upon request for larger packages. I want this to feel accessible for you!

All are welcome here. As a queer woman of color, my work is woven from lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and a deep devotion to inclusive healing. I hold sacred space for the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women’s communities—creating realms where all identities, bodies, and expressions are honored. This is a space of remembrance, reclamation, and radical belonging.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
✨Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking:
- $30 for soulular healing and astrology readings
- $50 for sound healing
- 30% of the total for special events
- 50% of the total for weddings
All deposits are applied to the total session cost.
✨Cancellation Policy
For Soulular Healing, astrology readings, and sound healing:
- Clients must contact Maia to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Deposits are transferable if rescheduling is done more than 24 hours in advance.
- If Maia cancels the session, the deposit will be fully refunded.
✨Event & Wedding Cancellation Policy
- Events: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
- Weddings: Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
