Hi friends, I'm Maia!

​

I’m an O'ahu-based Mystic Astrology and Energy Guide, Herbal Alchemist, and Sacred Space Holder!

​

My curiosity about the metaphysical world began at a very young age, where I was fortunate to explore my many alternative interests. I would read books on astrology, collect crystals, use natural herbal remedies, and loved talking about spirits. However, where I grew up on the East Coast wasn’t quite conducive to my fascination. I often found myself holding back my authentic self for fear of being marginalized, especially as a mixed brown girl with Filipina, Indian, Polish, Armenian, and Syrian ancestral roots, living in a not-so-diverse community.

As a teenager, I had no idea that doing this work as a career was even possible. I dreamed of becoming a massage therapist, working at a crystal shop, and making tea all the time—just living a life I was passionate about. Realistically, I thought the only choices available to me were in a more traditional career path. I remember wanting to be a therapist so others could feel understood, or a lawyer to fight for justice. It’s funny to look back and see how those aspirations have translated into the curated spaces I create today!

When I moved to Hawai’i, a whole new world opened up to me. The energy of this ‘Āina has a way of supporting you on your journey to discover your soul purpose. It was here that I began to feel that this lifestyle and career were not only possible but also realistic. I immersed myself in astrology, learning from books, podcasts, blogs, and self-practice. I was referred to Dr. Monique Yuen to study Reiki and found other mentors, such as Dr. Randall Robirds of Creative Emotional Wizardry. I enrolled in herbalism courses, including Ninunong Gamot (Filipinx Ancestral Medicine) with Angela Angel. I also felt called to build a strong community of sisters, and before I knew it, I was hosting women’s circles.

Grounded in my experiences, I’ve learned to embrace who I am—my authenticity, my curiosities, and my ancestral lineage. It is now my mission to help others do the same by guiding them in rebuilding their soul’s roots, embracing their authenticity, individuality, and unique gifts. I offer my services as a conduit of guidance, helping the commUnity feel supported in this reality and beyond.

We are souls living through a human experience, and it’s so important to stay rooted by re-indigenizing our spirituality. We can honor this by restoring a healthy connection between our ego and soul. Now more than ever, it is vital for us to reclaim our power, learn from our ancestors, and build our community while honoring our union with the universe. 

​

In my free time, you’ll find me communing with nature—surfing, hiking, walking, and relaxing at the beach. Spending quality time with family, friends, and loved ones is very important to me. I also love being spontaneous, creating art, watching movies, reading, meditating, eating good food, and being silly. My goal is to find a healthy balance between supporting the community and supporting myself, so I can pour from a full cup.
